This was not my first treatment program so I'm speaking in comparatives. I found the groups to be supportive and people were nice and from all walks of life which was really nice. Strong AA influence and some groups are AA based (speakers/big book/steps). For mental health and medication management I did not find strong support. There was a nurse practitioner (no doctor) who was not very current in her knowledge and wasn't helpful to me. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to everyone from CCR for all the work they did put towards my recovery. Deb with the warm welcoming and attention she gave as I walked in. This program is absolutely a life saver. From my admission date to my discharge I was treated with compassion and respect. The CCR staff and the RA's were top notch. The accommodations at the house were amazing. Group therapy and individual therapy gave me the tools to cope in the real world. I would reccomend this program to anyone with an addiction. I will miss everything about CCR!
