Had high hopes but expectations were not met . Said I needed supplements $344 later . Had bloodwork asked for clarification as I was quite worried about some of the labs was told I’m busy my next client is here never heard from her again horrible horrible !!! Never called to ask how I was doing either .
I was scheduled for gall bladder surgery due to gallstones. I immediately went to Dr. Kane, who suggested I mix two over-the-counter natural ingredients in warm water twice a day. Several days later, the nausea and discomfort disappeared. I informed my primary physician, and was sent for another imaging scan, which revealed NO gallstones! Thank you, Dr. Kane, for saving me from surgery!
Would love to give this business a good review however I’ve only been there once and it’s been a hassle to get a hold of anybody. Their phone hours are inaccurate as I’ve called at 8:15 in the morning after them being open for 15 minutes. Their phone services are inoperable with appointments that need to be rescheduled and patients can’t have the availability to do so…
Can't get through to speak to anyone about their services, completed a multi page new patient survey for myself and my husband .. TWICE - Finally heard back from someone to schedule an appointment, scheduled it for 9am today, didn't receive a call until 12pm - and it was to re-schedule. Then was told it was a 1-2 YEAR wait to see the DO - had to establish with the naturapath first and would not schedule both the naturapath and DO appointment, even after changing our PCP with the insurance company. This has been a huge hassle... read more
The physician was nice, but the receptionist was not very professional at all. She was not accommodating with scheduling an appt for me, having an attitude and I was very disappointed because I expected a holistic health center to be more empathetic people‘s needs.
