I was introduced to Connecticut Breast Imaging for my mammography annual exam in 2023 and was very pleased with the service I received. This year I was very impressed when I received a phone call from them to schedule my mammogram for this year. They were able to schedule within a week or two at the office I wanted. Everyone I had contact with were extremely friendly and polite which is something you don’t see these days. The Brookfield, CT office is beautifully decorated and clean with a friendly staff and technician.
I highly recommend Connecticut Breast Imaging! I have dense breast tissue and used to have to schedule 2 appointments. At CBT, I can have my mammogram and my ultrasound in one appointment. The facilities in Brookfield are so beautiful and welcoming. Juliana did my mammogram. She was professional and knowledgeable and made me feel totally at ease. Z did my ultrasound. It's a pleasant experience. Everyone appeared not to be overwhelmed, under staffed and under paid like most medical facilities appeared to be. Also, your appointment time is your appointment time. No reading a full book prior to being actually seen.
