They didn't finish the job and they are blowing me off. I had a radon mitigation system installed in the only spot CT Basement told me I could put it. My well company then told me it could have gone in a more ideal location. I then paid CT Basement for a second full installation at the preferable location and the tech did not install the pressure gauge that shows the radon fan is working. He said he'd be back. Excellent, honest service of my radon remediation filters and neutralizer system. The technicians found a corrosion valve on the neutralizer, replaced it before the system failed. Conscientious and committed to customer service.
