I showed up at CT.Back and Wellness Chiropractic with a severe stiff neck which turned out to be Cervical Stenosis. I continue to get my neck decompressed monthly paired with electrical stimulation, ice, and heat. I am beginning to gain some range of motion now after nearly 3 months of treatments. I highly recommend this chiropractor! She does an amazing job with the heat and stim pad therapy, which always helps me relax before my adjustment.
