Not really the type to leave negative reviews but here we are. Recently was sublet a tow with them via AAA. Upon arrival I was put on the phone with the rude driver (I was at work) who told me he could not tow the car because it was too low/lowered. I let him know that not only was the car was stock ride height it was JUST picked up and towed twice within the last month with no problems. Not entirely sure who drives the tow truck for this company, but they nearly caused several accidents on the highway. Tailgating, flashing lights, honking, all while the people they were behind were passing people and already going above the speed limit. This guy is going to get someone seriously hurt and should not be operating any vehicle, let alone a large tow truck. I wouldn’t want to give business to someone who acts like this on the road, regardless of the quality of work they do otherwise.
Locked my keys in my trunk. Rob showed up on the 4th of July to open the car. Once we could get in the car the trunk still would not open because the alarm had been triggered. The tow truck driver rob found a video on youtube. He actually ended up taking the car door lock off to release the trunk. In spite of this taking a few tries and almost an hour of time he never gave up. Best service ever! Highly recommended.
I got in an accident. Nick was very supportive and understood what I needed done to the vehicle. I didn't have collision insurance so he found the parts, gave me entire new front end, and returned my vehicle to me better than what I had prior to the accident. And...he did it UNDER BUDGET! These guys are creative, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you. I highly recommend them!
