Needed help having my car towed to my mechanic. First car I’ve owned so it’s been stressful but expected. Luckily Michael from CT Auto Center was very personable and helpful. Definitely a great guy who cares about his job so his help was greatly appreciated.
Fantastic service experience in tonight's 2 ft snow storm with Chris. With the snow storm, I had to get to work and my car got stuck (like really stuck) in the snow. Through Aaa, CT Auto Center showed up 15 minutes (while still in the middle of the storm) after the aaa call. Chris was so helpful and nice while I was panicking. And got my car to a safe spot where I could ride out the storm. Tow driver kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very professional.
Chris and his team did a fantastic job. My car randomly shut down in Norwalk. Not only did they come to tow the car in a timely manner on Sunday night, they diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to fix it. My car was good as new within 24 hours.
