CAS is back thanks to Patrick Comins and a very promising future!
Business response:
Thank you Scott!
It's been great but will be even better with a new Executive Director! Best of luck to you Patrick Comins!
Business response:
Thank you Kristin!
Shocked I never heard back from them relating to a finch who lost his leg. Interest to help does not appear to be there :(
Business response:
Lisa, we're not sure who you contacted but the Connecticut Audubon Society is not a wildlife rehabilitation organization. Here's a post from our homepage about what to do with injured or "abandoned" wildlife http://www.ctaudubon.org/2016/07/what-to-do-with-abandoned-or-orphaned-wildlife/#sthash.9KYCj4IE.dpbs
Lovely place. Terrific trails, nice staff and beautiful birds of prey--some cool owls and hawks.
They've come forward more aggressively in defense of native wildlife than some of the other ABS chapters. Nice to see proponents of our declining wild fauna willing to engage the cat-nutters rather than cowering when they shriek and flail. Good on ya, Mates!
Connecticut Audubon Society has a 4.8 star rating with 38 reviews.
Connecticut Audubon Society is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
