I've been receiving treatment at this facility for years and i couldn't ask for a better Place to receive treatment
Dr Benson is great had appt Friday had to reschedule because I didn't have a ride they were supposed to give me a bridge script to last me 2 weeks till my next appt never did so now I'm stuck forced to go threw withdrawals because I have to wait 2 weeks for my next appt I tried to call back and hour before the office closed to see if Dr Benson was going to send it over and I got no answer from anybody at the front desk I tried to call every number that I found i got no answer they completely ignored my calls couldn't leave a... read more
This review is in regards to the office staff. My Doctor is great.. I have been a patient since February of 2013.. DO NOT run out of medication when your provider is out of the office. All of the other providers IGNORE your request... I've worked in the medical field almost my entire career.. The office is equipped with some sort of EHR(electronic medical records)system. I have Dr jay benson. Just got out of the hospital and he took me right on . There fast understanding. And the receptionist is great!!!
This review is not in regard to my doctor. He’s great. They used to be great. But recently he had been gone and since then I can not get a hold of any of the front desk staff. My local office, no one is ever there. I went a week without my vyvanse. Was told I couldn’t make an appointment with a therapist that I see. This time around I finally got to see my regular doctor after he’d been gone for a while and he forgot to call in my scripts.
