Horrible. They take forever to authorize medical care. Denied my procedure twice after waiting 2 weeks. Doctor puts it through as something I need and the they continue to deny coverage. Very unhappy with Connecticare.
Absolutely the worst insurance company ever! If If it was an option, I would give them negative stars!!! Been having issues with them since February, every time I call I get the run around, they can never find a supervisor to help me and after dealing with this for 7 months now, I still don't have any answers to my questions!! I pay my premium every month, now they are telling me my insurance was voided for all of 2017!!! Are you serious! Where's my money going then!!
