I have been a patient at Connected Smile Solutions for many years now. Dr. Austin and her staff are professional and collegial in their interactions with me, always. I’m naturally curious and tend to ask questions, and they’re consistently patient and thorough in their explanations. I am in the process of getting an old cap replaced. I used to dread going to the dentist after having a bad dental experience years ago. However, Connected Smile Solutions changed my perspective. From check in to check out and everything in between, the team is great! The team makes you feel comfortable and are always accommodating. Today I had the first part of an old crown replaced. The temporary crown blends so well with my teeth. Dr. Austin did a great job! Thank you all
Very experienced and professional office
Dr. Jennie and the entire office staff is great. They’re very detailed, welcoming, and thorough. The entire process from intake to procedure to consultation is excellent. I’ve had onlay work done, as well as cleanings and it’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
The most thorough dental exam I've ever had. So glad my friend told me about the office! Really appreciated the ambiance of the office. Suzy is a phenomenal admin. Hard not to sing the songs being played in the office. Great challenge to have. So glad I found a regular dentist so I can get back to the oral health to which I am accustomed with the great folks at Connected Smile Solutions! Tell your friends!
