My immersion heater stopped working... no hot water at all! Chris came round within an hour, from Gloucester to Cheltenham, and identified the problem (thermostat had died). He went to buy a new one and fitted it within minutes. Excellent service... would definitely recommend!

He arrived on time, completed the job on time and charged the quoted price despite spending at extra 2 hours helping me setup the smart features on the charger. A very good job was done.
