DO NOT recommend this vendor. Connected Pools provided incomplete and misleading information that led to increase project cost and delays. The company does not stand by their commitments. Vendor lacks attention to details, coordination, and customer service. Kyle and his crew did a professional job installing our inground pool. We navigated through several delays imposed by the city but as soon as the path was clear the job was complete. Thanks for a great place to enjoy the Florida sunshine!
