Our experience from beginning to end was Exceptional! Kyle and the great Connected Pools team worked closely with us thru the entire process. Renato, our dedicated Project Manager, was knowledgeable, responsive and on top of our large complex pool project. He was able to work with us effectively to resolve issues as they arose. We love our backyard oasis and are thrilled that we went with Connected Pools!

We recently had our pool built by Connected Pools in Port St. Lucie, and the entire experience was fantastic! From the very beginning, Kyle and Felippe were extremely professional and transparent, guiding us through every step of the process. The communication through their group chat made everything so easy — we were always updated and on the same page. The attention to detail and the quality of the final result are beyond expectations. DO NOT recommend this vendor. Connected Pools provided incomplete and misleading information that led to increase project cost and delays. The company does not stand by their commitments. Vendor lacks attention to details, coordination, and customer service. Before signing contract ensure that you know all you want in and from your pool, equipment, lights, functionality, color, design, and materials you can afford. Do not let vendor decide for you!
