I have used CH for 7 years and have always been happy with their responsiveness, professionalism and industry knowledge. I recently had Charlie and Richard at my home for a service call and they did an excellent job resolving the problem. Connected Home installed LED lights under the shelves of my bookcases on each side of the fireplace. Always thought it was something that had to be done while I was building the house, but I was wrong. They were also very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the intricate details of setting up a house surround system platform in my new home.
