They were also very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the intricate details of setting up a house surround system platform in my new home. Added a Sonos Arc soound bar to my outdoor TV, it took some time as the soundbar had to go out to be waterproofed. However, it was worth the wait, it sounds great! The two techs that did the install were awesome as they always seem to be. They knew what they were doing, were efficient, and friendly and demonstrated to me exactly what I needed to know.

Connected Home installed LED lights under the shelves of my bookcases on each side of the fireplace. Always thought it was something that had to be done while I was building the house, but I was wrong. Connected Home (Chris) spent the time to give me options on installing the lights, and together we came up with a plan.
