I had an amazing craniosacral session with Katie. She explained everything in depth and the experience felt like a deep meditation. I felt very centered and balanced the whole day.
What a strange and amazing experience it is to be under hypnosis...the only way I can describe it is that it's similar to being at the dentist and under a light anesthesia, while aware that there are people talking in the background. Katie is a warm and nurturing practitioner. She creates a beautiful environment to settle into receiving care. My first session with her, receiving CranioSacral therapy and energy work was simply incredible. She provided intuitive and balanced work and guided me through a profound experience. No part felt rushed or hurried and she took the time to process and ground with me after the session. I left feeling more balanced, relaxed, connected to myself, empowered and very at peace.
