This company was fairly easy to work with. After our prior fire safety company was a no-show, I was trying to find an alternate. Some digging led to this organization. I liked them. Easy to reserve and confirm what was needed (updated tags). The tech was a little more than 30 minutes later than the window of time, but that's not the end of the world. The only complaints I could think of was the address on the Service Agreement paperwork was correct in some spots and incorrect in other spots, so the tech ended up at the wrong... read more
Felt leaving a positive review was the least that I could do for Connected Fire Safety Services. I gave them a call fully prepared to pay for a trip charge + an inspection of our building's fire extinguisher, but after discussing the requirements & needs specific to my building's size, the phone salesman was frank and honest about a less expensive alternative option that saves our association a trip fee. The guys at Connected Fire Safety were awesome. Our condo association realized that we needed to get fire extinguishers into our condo building not only to comply with City of Chicago laws but also for our own safety. We called Nick at Connected Fire and he sent us a quick quote, told us the process and got a tech out within a few days. The install was quick and painless and now we have a piece of mind.
