Yes, I'm very disappointed too. Its impossible to talk to staff as one talks over you, cant get a word in. I've had two solar batteries installed that took them 2 hours 1 hour brake ( thank God for the cameras on my property ) for $2000 . Don't leave them unattended , you cant trust them on your property. This is not all. One of those batteries had died within a month of installation by level electrical inverell. When I brought this up with them they refused to come out and investigate.
