I found myself in an extreme heatwave with pets and once concerned with my AC efficiency I rang Level Electrical and was delighted by the courtesy and efficiency of my call with Jess. It was so refreshing to experience that type of pleasantry with business these days. The team of two technicians who attended were similarly courteous and professional. This is a little business that really deserves community support.
With all the fantastic reviews that i read i did not hesitate at all to contact Level Electrical. I have moved into to a one bedroom cottage and the days are very hot and dry . Level went above and beyond with looking after my machine and trying to fix a faulty item and dealing with a difficult manufacturing company but they stuck with it and they were able to help me get a non-faulty item in the end. Will definitely be using this company again!
