We found Ross to be efficient, friendly and very capable. He has the common sense that a lot of tradies seem to lack, he was helpful where our knowledge lacked and seemed to understand how we wanted to better use devices in our home so it was aesthetically pleasing and functional. He even helped clean up after himself, what a champ. Couldn’t fault him.
