Five stars aren't enough! Dr. Stephen at Connected Counseling is a true gem. I've been seeing him since 2019, and it's been a transformative experience. He creates a safe and supportive space where I feel truly heard and understood. Dr. Stephen's expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been invaluable in helping me navigate my challenges and reach a place of greater self-awareness and well-being.
