Incredibly helpful from the initial text requesting a quote to the installation. Everyone was friendly and thorough, got my hitch installed with no hassle on my part. Highly, highly recommend and if I ever had any other installation needs, I would absolutely work with them again.
I got a gooseneck installed on my 2023 F350. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They don’t skip corners and they make sure everything is done right. They also take the time to show you how everything works and how to make it last.
My experience was Chris Long was the best. Chris installed a Blue Ox hitch on my Jeep Gladiator. The work looks like it came from the factory. We've had not a single problem with anything he installed. We tow the Jeep behind our Class C RV. Chris spent the better part of one afternoon teaching me how to hook the Jeep to the RV and unhook it. Had a great experience with Chris Long here. I called with an issue with the trailer wiring on my Ford. He provided some troubleshooting tips for me over the phone, hoping he could solve my problem at no cost. I ended up having to bring it in to his shop, but he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it that same morning at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this place and will return for any hitch/trailering needs!
I can only give Chris Long a 5-star review because Google won't let me give him a ten-star review. Long story short, Chris repaired a terrible installation by Camping World and did a fantastic job. Between Chris and his wife Greta, I can't say enough about their kindness and professionalism. They are good people.
