Great people, who communicated extremely well. They did everything they said plus taught me a few things about proper maintenance for the ball/hitch.

Chris went above and beyond to make sure my 5th Wheel was properly installed. He discovered that there was an issue the pre-installed pucks in my truck. He contacted the local dealer and the manufacturer to make sure that the issue was corrected to make sure that there wouldn't be any issues in the future or a potential hazard on the road.
