Mr. Chris Long and his crew did an excellent job installing the hitch on my Honda CR-V for my bike rack. Hitch installation is what they specialize in, and it shows. Chris kept me informed as the work progressed, explained what they were doing, and gave me a few useful tips along the way. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with. I needed a hitch for a bicycle rack I purchased. I called around and received some outrageous quotes from others. I decided to give this place a chance and let me just say they went an above and beyond getting my hitch installed. I spoke with the owner in depth about options he personally researched for my vehicle. Above and beyond customer service! Incredibly helpful from the initial text requesting a quote to the installation. Everyone was friendly and thorough, got my hitch installed with no hassle on my part. Highly, highly recommend and if I ever had any other installation needs, I would absolutely work with them again.
I got a gooseneck installed on my 2023 F350. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They don’t skip corners and they make sure everything is done right. They also take the time to show you how everything works and how to make it last.
My experience was Chris Long was the best. Chris installed a Blue Ox hitch on my Jeep Gladiator. The work looks like it came from the factory. We've had not a single problem with anything he installed. We tow the Jeep behind our Class C RV. Chris spent the better part of one afternoon teaching me how to hook the Jeep to the RV and unhook it.
