My experience was Chris Long was the best. Chris installed a Blue Ox hitch on my Jeep Gladiator. The work looks like it came from the factory. We've had not a single problem with anything he installed. We tow the Jeep behind our Class C RV. Chris spent the better part of one afternoon teaching me how to hook the Jeep to the RV and unhook it. Had a great experience with Chris Long here. I called with an issue with the trailer wiring on my Ford. He provided some troubleshooting tips for me over the phone, hoping he could solve my problem at no cost. I ended up having to bring it in to his shop, but he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it that same morning at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this place and will return for any hitch/trailering needs!
I can only give Chris Long a 5-star review because Google won't let me give him a ten-star review. Long story short, Chris repaired a terrible installation by Camping World and did a fantastic job. Between Chris and his wife Greta, I can't say enough about their kindness and professionalism. They are good people.
Chris Long was a life-saver for us! We purchased a Brinkley travel trailer and a ProPride 3P Trailer Sway Control Hitch. We were traveling from Minneapolis to Springdale, AR. We had the hitch drop-shipped to the RV dealership assuming the service department would be able to perform the installation. Wrong!
