Chris did an outstanding job installing my tow hitch. He’s the owner-operator and takes great pride in his work. Professional, efficient, and reliable—he handles all my vehicle towing needs. You will not find a more knowledgeable towing expert.
I did as much as I could do to replace the wiring from the converter, but that was not the problem. I suspected it was the converter, but did not feel qualified try to fix it beyond what I had already done. I took my car to Long's Northwest Hitch where Chris was able to confirm that it was a problem with the converter and even showed me how the previous installation had been done wrong (why the converter failed).
