She skillfully combines a variety of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, and cupping to provide targeted relief. I went to see Kristi for awful lower back pain that suddenly occurred and would not abate despite rest. Kristi assessed my posture and stance and we discussed where the pain was originating and terminating. We came up with a plan to target the probable cause. Kristi did an amazing job treating my particular issue and one day later, I already feel so much better!
