Fantastic customer service from first contact. I had a very short window while travelling from Qld to have my dead batteries and solar charger replaced on our Motorhome. From the first phone call Bobby was welcoming, helpful and flexible with my timing. On the day he was clear about what he was doing, kept me informed throughout the day and was fabulous on pickup. Hands down connected is the best for all your auto needs in Melbourne and Victoria
We called a number of car services around Cranbourne and all pointed us to Connected. We had 2 jobs done on our Ranger (secondary battery and wiring for caravan power connection) and work was done on schedule, on budged and with zero fus. Would strongly recommend.
