This was the most upsetting therapy experience I have ever had. I came into this appointment prepared to discuss extremely vulnerable and personal experiences. Went there once a while ago, Nada was recovering with Covid and this was in 2022, she still showed up (which she shouldn’t have) the whole session she was not present at all and was just awful, so not recommend

I've had a really positive experience with Connecte psychology. My therapist and I are working together to improve my well-being. I'm really pleased with the pacing and structure of therapy as well as my progress :)

I called to get more information, and the therapist who answered wanted to know more about me. She encouraged me to open up and listened to everything I had to say, asking specific questions. But in the end, she said she didn’t feel comfortable working with me, which really hurt. It's disappointing how some people, through their words and how they express themselves, can make you feel so bad. After the call, I couldn’t shake the feeling of being upset
