Absolutely adore my doctor… but clinic has some bad policies. (After seeing this review clinic followed up with me and has communicated with staff. Paper bags in stock. Very impressed with the follow-up and glad that they are taking consent, communication and privacy seriously.) Absolutely adore my doctor… but clinic has some bad policies. Upon arriving to the clinic nurse at the front desk checked me in and asked me for a urine sample that I didn’t know I would be giving. I assumed it was associated with the procedure I was having. She gave me a sample bottle in a CLEAR plastic bag and sent me into the public washroom to give the sample and then told me to return to the waiting room with 20 other people and sit there with my urine sample for the whole clinic to see. Great Clinic, Great Reception, Great Doctor( Dr. Pye). Had an appointment for prescription renew, checked in and before I even had time to take a seat in the waiting room, I was called. Less than 15 m in and out, very easy. Dr. Pye will give you great treatment and take the time to help you with more serious questions while also understanding a prescription renewal should only take minutes. Also dont blame the clinic for lack of doctors or doctors leaving the clinic, it is out of their control. Again they are awesome at this... read more
I appreciate Dr. Pye so much. She continues to help me find what's going on with my variety of health issues. I just don't like how it takes months to get an appointment to see her.
