I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist. I simply asked if they could call or email us as a reminder for our appointment, and her response was, “You're young enough to make a note yourself—we don’t send calls or emails.” Honestly, I found that quite unprofessional. Is this really how a clinic operates—with zero communication or consideration for patients? This was by far the worst experience I've had at a medical office. I’ll definitely be switching to a family doctor who values proper customer service.

They are not giving appointments for their own patients. I never recommend this place to anybody.
