Kiah did a great job with our security system. He is very knowledgeable, had great products, was always on time, reliable, and cleaned up any mess that he made. He was also very patient with teaching us how to use our security system!
Kiah was amazing to deal with and understood exactly what we were after in our cameras. He explained the process and was easy to work around so someone could be home when installed. Best of all the cameras have worked and deterred someone from entering our property. Highly recommend the team at Connect2.
From very first contact, Kiah of Connect 2 Electrical Solutions was 'on the front foot' with a prompt call to our home to address our CCTV security system issue. He was quick to put his finger on the problem, and with a minor software 're-jig' had the system re-booted and running to specification in no time flat. I am most impressed - Kiah was prompt, courteous, technically competent, totally on the ball, and a delight to deal with.
Connect2 have been looking after our family's electricals since 2022. In that time Kiah and the team have assisted us with a new switchboard, fault-fixes, switch/point upgrades, exhaust fans, outdoor lighting and too many things to count! Each job has been attended to cleanly, professionally and nothing has been too much trouble. Thanks guys! It's fantastic to walk around the place and have things running like clockwork.
Arrived on time and made sure all works before leaving. Tidiest trady ever, clean up after himself leaving no mess behind. Done a great job. I have always used them and I highly recommend their service.
