I have been going to Bek regularly now for 3 sessions, and can confirm with great confidence that her remedial massage does wonders for my rheumatoid and osteoarthritis symptoms. My body moves considerably more freely, and with much less pain in my joints, I have been sleeping the whole night through, which greatly improves my energy levels and mental well being - I will be continuing with Bek every fortnight, as I have experienced the benefits first hand.
