I took my mom here to World of Hearing to see Sean Seal- Horowitz for a hearing evaluation and hearing aid consultation about a month ago and we had such a good experience with Sean and his team there. Right from the start Sean and his team were so personable and kind. They offered us water and coffee before we had her first hearing evaluation. Sean is highly professional and patient. My mum’s first hearing aid didn’t work well due to excessive background noise, so she stopped using it. Fortunately, her insurance now covers a new hearing device, which she received at no cost. The entire process—from the initial assessment to receiving the device and follow-up care—was smooth and well-communicated. I highly recommend this service to anyone considering hearing aids.

We had a great experience at this hearing center. The staff was very patient, skilled, and kind. They took the time to carefully help my father with his hearing needs, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!
