We came to CTD for some help with sensory seeking issues and emotional regulation. We've learned so much and my son is a new kid. He would need to do flips and headstands and crash into stuff constantly. He's a thrill seeker and a tantrum thrower. He still flips sometimes, but it's normal kid activity, and he recovers from meltdowns within a few minutes vs 30 minutes. Thankful we had both of our boys get the extra help they needed. If you are told in an educational setting that your child needs OT, trust me when I say that what is provided by school districts and EC Cares is never enough! See your pediatrician and add in some private sessions as soon as possible. It's difficult and time consuming, but the younger and more frequently you can partake of these therapies for your child, the better...

This amazing team of folks have changed our lives. My 12 year old gave eye contact & a carefully thought out well worded genuine apology this morning! She couldn't do that before her speech therapy work with kylin! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!
