Brian seemed helpful at first, but sent videos of the house (we are out of state buyers so it was important) and specifically avoided every single spot where black mold and pink mold were growing in the house. Encouraged us to sign a lease even despite obvious signs of mold in every single room of the house. Upon move-in day after a 2-day road trip, we were disgusted. Attaching just a few of the many mold areas.
We worked on the other side of the seller’s table with Moletha Broadnax. RUN! We would not recommend her to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would. The entire process was a living nightmare with her and her clients. They lied all the way to the closing table. She should not have the privilege of being a realtor.
Went to see property, realtor no call no showed me after I drove across town. Terrible customer service
Horrible communication. Show you a house then when you request an app they ignore requests and phone calls. Would not recommend if expecting customer service. Xavier Chavez and his staff ignored multiple follow up emails and phone calls.
