If you're form Zillow, do NOT use Rafay. I contacted him about a property in MAY, fell in love and did an application before I even viewed it because it was a never lived in home. Hes so excited to send over link, telling me to let him know when it's done. However after I fill and PAY everything, he tells me he's not available until the next week to show me the house and that they have other applicants that they're receiving from.
