Horrible communication. Show you a house then when you request an app they ignore requests and phone calls. Would not recommend if expecting customer service. Xavier Chavez and his staff ignored multiple follow up emails and phone calls.

I do not know about the other agents in the office. However; my dealing with Sean Trobaugh: Working with Sean was an absolute nightmare, akin to having your teeth pulled without anesthetic. His near-refusal to take calls, instead opting for unprofessional text messages, is just the tip of the iceberg.
