Outstanding service, from the first enquiry, through to Autism Assessments - comprehensive, professional and had my children feeling at ease. I received honest and unbiased assessments - one child has Autism and one child does not, and they could explain the rationale for both results. Parents may not always hear what they want, but, you will be told the truth, which is invaluable. I highly recommend Jenni Pearce, Janice Hooper and the Staff at Connect Psychology.

We have seen Jenni Pearce and Jan Hooper for two children now for autism assessments and both times we had a fantastic experience. It was clear they had put many hours into reading all the material we sent them before we got there and then did a very thorough assessment with the child. Spend 9 minutes with my son he has an internal timer of 20 minutes I new he wouldn’t stay with her for the assesment so they told me all fininished we have what we need only to tell me he didn’t have asd he had great eyebrow movements gave eye contact to 1 staff member and had a mini conversation he may not be social or have friends but he has a make believe friend which means he wants friends they claim asd wouldn’t have these traits I stayed on the CDU wait list 3 months later and was diagnosed with pathological demand avo... read more

My son has been going to Connect Psychology for over a decade - from a child to now a young adult. I have found Jenni Pearce to be helpful, professional, caring & pivitol in providing the correct diagnoses, and providing us with reports/letters that have enabled my son to get the supports he has needed. We haven't had any problems when having to see a different psychologist at times, and the front desk staff have always been kind, caring and accommodating.
