If I could leave 1 star I would. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with bar none. I lived near campus in one of their units. In the year I lived there I kid you not, our dryer caught fire, our dishwasher of all things caught fire, our dumpster outside caught fire. When reported Connect would send a 3rd party to come band-aid fix it. We had black mold everywhere. So much so that I had to throw away most of my wardrobe. I lived here in the past, 7 or so years ago, relatively good experience. Some issues with the dryer and sinks but maintenance was always quick and easy. Move out was a bit of a hassle and we didn't get much of our deposit back. Living here again and so far maintenance has been kind of a pain with the new system they use. Overall nice place to live for the price. Decent amenities. Downside safety deposit is usually lost for unknown reasons and you might get random charges that you get to argue over.

I initially left a bad review due to some issues getting in contact about some charges, feeling like it was a run around. However, Christa did get in contact with me, about 10 days after my initial call, due to her being very connected with her tenants and having a lot to respond to. After the call I am left feeling relieved that she was able to hear and address my concerns as some would not show that level of care as I am no longer a current tenant anymore. I lived at Woodside Apartments for about 3 to 4 years and had a relatively good experience while I was there. Maintenance requests are generally handled fairly swiftly and efficiently; and getting in contact with my property manager was fairly easy. Utilizing an online portal for rent/other bills was also a plus, and the outdoor areas are quite nice once the weather turns warmer. We have stayed with Connect for 4 years. Overall positive experience. Maintenance was quick and efficient. Once you rent with them, you have to forget about the deposit money since you are not getting them back and you might have to pay extra. We have a dog and they found pee stain underneath the carpet where our dog was not allowed in that room since that was a study and prayer room.
