I received shockwave therapy from Sammi Harmon and had a great experience. She was skilled, knowledgeable, receptive to my feedback, and best of all I can feel the positive results after just a few sessions.
I have been attending classes since the studio opened and have never been disappointed. Every instructor is conscientious as to my needs and always inquires before each class. At age, almost, 72 I feel this type of exercise keeps me “young” and strong.
I am so grateful to have found Connect Physical Therapy and Pilates. I started by enjoying and benefiting from the Pilates classes, particularly the CoreAlign classes. Problems with my back and hip, and later, feet led me to physical therapy with Carrie and Nancy. It has been remarkably helpful in being able to move comfortably and more fully participate in life.
