Back in February, I injured my quad in diving practice before my state meet. Nancy was able to see me before the big meet and helped get me moving more functionally and I was able to still compete safely. Then, I was in a car accident and my neck really hurt. I knew I needed Nancy’s magic touch! I felt immediate relief and only needed to see her for 2 sessions before I felt back to normal. I am so grateful for her expertise and care!

I had a 1:1 with Lydia at Golden PT & Pilates last Wednesday. Experience: loved it, took a lot of focus for each exercise, really makes you aware of all of your various body parts, and focusing on each area while doing new movements - Tuesday was my first experience doing any form of Pilates - and just love the atmosphere there - going back on Monday to meet another Pilates instructor too!
I can’t say enough great things about this studio!! The instructors and physical therapists are all so knowledgeable and make it a point to educate you along the way. Each and every one of them strive for us to succeed and it really shows. The studio has a beautiful and communal feel to it.
