The entire staff at Connect is incredible, I work with them for both physical therapy and pilates needs and recommend them to everyone I know. Expert knowledge. Nancy recommended the best course of treatment for a tough plantar fasciitis injury (turns out the calf is key) and gave me a number of exercises to continue to strengthen my foot. Very thankful.
Huge shoutout to Nancy Gonder! Thanks to her, I’m back to running and playing high-level frisbee without any leg pain. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind and funny, which made the whole rehab process way more enjoyable. On top of helping me recover, Nancy taught me how to keep my body working properly so I can stay healthy and keep doing what I love. I am incredibly grateful for everything she’s done.
Nancy was instrumental in helping me get back to playing after I hurt my hamstring. She was very knowledgeable of soy ways to help with treatment and gave very good advice on how to strengthen the muscle to prevent it from being injured again.
Educational and helpful! Nancy Gonder was quick to diagnose my problems, offer instant and ongoing support and keep me playing my best. I am so grateful.
