These guys are fantastic. They took care of my shoulder pain in only a few physical therapy visits and gave me the tools to make sure that pain doesn't come back again. Can't recommend Golden PT highly enough.
Took a pelvic floor Pilates class with Karena and learned so much! Got a good workout in and felt mind to muscle connection which is extremely difficult for me! Can’t wait to come back! She’s the most informative instructor I’ve ever had in my 6 years of Pilates!!!
Saw Nancy Gonder for PT for both pain in my hip and a swollen knee. Nancy helped resolve my swelling and teach me how to move in my physical activities so that I could keep working out without injury to my kneee. Highly Recommend Nancy and Golden PT and Pilates
This is such a wonderful cute Pilates studio! They use all kinds of Pilates equipment, so no workouts feel the same. Between the reformers, CoreAlign and Bodhi Suspension classes, there’s always something new to challenge you, and that added 3D work on the Bodhi really takes things to a new level. The instructors’ expertise really shows and everyone there is welcoming and fun. It’s honestly a pleasure going to this studio.
This is THE BEST studio!! Knowledgeable instructors and pt’s. Everyone is friendly and accepting. Come join us.
