I suffered from chronic back pain for years and couldn’t find anything to relieve it until I started working with Nancy! Nancy is patient and extremely knowledge. She was able to figure out where my pain was stemming from, what I needed to work on, and what activities would lead me down the road to recovery. Now I’m able to do all the things I used to and I feel stronger. It is definitely worth it to work with Nancy if you want to feel healthy and pain free again!

The entire staff at Connect is incredible, I work with them for both physical therapy and pilates needs and recommend them to everyone I know. I work with Nancy for my specific hyper-mobility needs and general maintenance, her attention to detail and easy communication makes each session feel incredibly safe and productive.
