Great experience buying from Connect Motor Co.! Excellent communication with Stephanie via video chat, text, and talk, during the entire process. I even spoke with the maintenance manager Nate a couple of times as well. No issues or concerns being an out-of-state buyer; drove down, test rode "my" bike & loaded it on the trailer. The battery in my Honda CBR died on me not far from Connect Motor Co. Stephanie saw me and offered to run to her shop and get a jump box to get me going again. 5 minutes later she came back with not only a jump box but also a bottle of water!!! Can't beat that for customer service.
