Terrible place to work. If you're LGBTQ (heavy on the T) don't work here. Management don't have a clue what their doing. As a previous manager at a call center I found this place very unprofessional. They scam people as well with concert tribute tickets.
Had a family member who worked there, they used to do deliverys for them, he took a fall witch the buisness said they were prepared for. They were no help and because they were a charity the guy basically lied through his teeth the whole time about compensation witch they didn't have to pay. I told my family member to never go back and work there because of the owner.
