We filed our PR through them and ended up getting a rejection. Overall, my experience with them was average. They tend to leave everything until the last minute. When we received the PFL and had only seven days to respond, they planned to submit it on the very last day. Even during the initial PR submission, despite having all our documents ready, they waited until the deadline, which delayed the process since IRCC’s portal can go down anytime.
