Pulled my hamstring twice and decided to get some PT the second time to get back into recreational sports. Worked with Luke Partusch who was great. Honest and open about what the plan was. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was very clean and big with plenty of equipment. If anything were to happen again this is the place I will go back to 100%!
Luke, the athletic trainer, was great! I have already recommended him to other people! Our first session, he asked lots of questions to get a full assessment of my relevant health history and then he did a full physical evaluation of the area to diagnose the shoulder injury I have. For the rest of our sessions, he explained everything thoroughly and helped me to understand the underlying issues and how to address them going forward. VERY HAPPY SOCCER MOM! The staff is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Training is individualized and set up to be very flexible which is a must for my son's schedule. The price is really fair, especially compared to other places, and Mike, the owner, is communicative and easy to reach if I have any questions about my son's training. Last of all, my son enjoys it and has seen improvements in both his speed and overall strength.
This summer, Connect Human Performance did a fantastic job helping my son reach his physical goals. They gave him a training plan that pushed him to improve and worked for his needs as an athlete, and we saw so much progress. He’s looking forward to working out with them again.
my daughter is playing college tennis and entering her freshman year … Mike and his team did an excellent job at assessing and developing a program for her … after 9 weeks had significant measurable improvements in power, speed and acceleration…. we’ll be back next summer !!! thx Mike !! MJ
