Poor customer service. Debbie was very defensive and took my concerns about their waiver personally. I simply had questions they couldn't answer. She is now being vindictive and condescending, cut me off today. Bizarre lady.
I made an appointment for hearing test and to have custom hearing protection made. Receptionist and tech were very friendly. Hearing protection was made and back in half the quoted time frame.
Wonderful experience! I can’t rave enough.

Last year it was called Meridian Hearing They changed there name to Connect Hearing. All the same people are still there. Fantastic place to go too.
