Jordyn was so patient and helpful when my husband had to replace his worn out hearing aids. She allowed us all the time we needed to understand the instructions. She was very knowledgeable and we left feeling well looked after. A lovely lady all round.

I have had my hearing aids for several years now, and I am continually impressed with the staff. Every time I have had a problem or required an adjustment, the staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Every issue I had was trouble shot by the front desk person in minutes, so I didn't have to go to an appointment. I did have an issue where one of my aids had to be sent in for repair. It took about a week to get it back. They are simply awesome. Great customer service and support. Thank you.
