I have had my hearing aids for several years now, and I am continually impressed with the staff. Every time I have had a problem or required an adjustment, the staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Every issue I had was trouble shot by the front desk person in minutes, so I didn't have to go to an appointment. I did have an issue where one of my aids had to be sent in for repair. It took about a week to get it back. They are simply awesome. Great customer service and support. Thank you.

I had the most pleasant experience at this Connect Hearing in Douglas Dale. My father-in-law is moving in from out of province and the ladies in this office could not be more efficient. They had my father-in-law booked in and addressed all my requests and concerns so productively. They were extremely kind and understanding about my concerns with my father in laws hearing aids and all the staff in this clinic provided me with such thorough information. What a patient, kind and wonderful clinic. Highly recommend!
