If I give 10 stars for service, I would this is a small office in our medical hospital building second story. There is an elevator the staff or shall I say to people that work there are so friendly they found a check up. They know you by name, my husband has hearing aids and he’s had a few issues and they are just fantastic about solving it. No extra fees all the time all inclusive wonderful experience.
As you get old you experience hearing loss. Well I got tired of asking people to repeat themselves and I went to Connect Hearing for a hearing test. The results were not good but that did not alarm me because I knew my hearing was bad. I started the procedure to get hearing aids and they walked me through everything and answered all my questions.
