Amazing staff!! Very gentle kind and friendly! Highly recommend 😄
Always friendly ladies working at the Simcoe location! My partner got new hearing aids and had some issues with them. Jillian was amazing at teaching him how to use them properly and fixed some small issues he had. She had so many patients with him. We highly recommend this location!

Very pleasant and friendly staff. My first time here for a hearing test (and it'sfree!). No pressure to purchase anything. Covid prevention protocols in place. A pleasant experience overall!
