Recently there was a turnover of staff at the Simcoe location. I am 76 years old and I have been going to this office for many years. Previously it was an excellent service . However now the staff has changed it is terrible. The receptionist is rude . She never even said hello or made eye contact. She left me standing while she worked on the computer. Amazing staff!! Very gentle kind and friendly! Highly recommend 😄
Always friendly ladies working at the Simcoe location! My partner got new hearing aids and had some issues with them. Jillian was amazing at teaching him how to use them properly and fixed some small issues he had. She had so many patients with him. We highly recommend this location!
