I just had a hearing test with Annie Shannon at Connect Hearing in Sidney, BC (Canada). There was as much time devoted to discussion before and after the actual test as there was in the test, which was really excellent to ensure I understood it and the implications. I saw Annie at Connect Hearing, being referred by a friend. Both she and the receptionist were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Annie had a good sense of humour which I appreciated and was very clear in her explanations. She walked me through the testing and allowed time for questions etc. I will definitely go back should I need too.
