I have been here a few times in trouble shooting tinnitus, to getting a hearing aid. Everyone has been super friendly when I go there. The front desk staff have been super welcoming and friendly. I have been seen at my appointment times pretty bang on and don't spend a lot of time waiting. I never felt rushed when going in to adjust my new hearing aid and asking questions. When ever my husband visits them they always have excuses so he doesn’t get help, very poor customer service
