The audiologist is rude and not helpful at all. I have been to other locations and had an outstanding experience. But this location has proven to be non existent. I can’t see the franchise allowing this person to continue working there. I know aggressive dogs with a warmer attitude. Sad. Went to Qualicum location and Nicole was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Make the right choice. Do not go here. Life is too short.
Caution about their fishing website. It solicits all your info under the guise of qualifying for a hearing test. I didnt qualify despite negative responses. Now they have your info to sell and send you all kinds of adverts to your email. Shame on you guys. I will choose a more honest operator.
A great experience, right from the reception,testing,fittings and the follow up appointments. The customer service was second to none! Life is good! Cheers Paul
I had my hearing aids updated recently and couldn't be happier. The staff were extremely helpful, and my new aids which are the latest technology, including ai, have been a life changer.
