I had my hearing aids updated recently and couldn't be happier. The staff were extremely helpful, and my new aids which are the latest technology, including ai, have been a life changer.
Bad customer service over the phone call.
1 star is rather generous....my wife who is not a client had a minor emergency and went in asking for help. Unbelievably, staff stated "you are not a previous customer" and we will not help you. We called Jon at Parksville hearing and again we are not current customers yet he was more than welcoming and solved my wife's problem gladly. NEVER, never deal with CONNECT hearing......we'll share this story with all of our senior acquaintances. LOVE Jon and please avoid CONNECT Hearing
