Helpful wounderful people
I would have given them 5 stars If I were writing this review a couple of months ago. I did receive very good service from Connect Hearing for 5 years. Then out of the blue I was told they would not repair my hearing aids, even for a fee, because they are over 5 year old (5.9 years I was told). I felt like they're trying to force me to buy new hearing aids which I definitely will not do with them. So as I'm looking around for a new provider, I came upon this on Google and hence the review now.
