Tolu is fantastic. She explains everything. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My father-in-law is 94, has had hearing aids for 40 years, and says she is the best hearing practioner he has ever had.
I have been dealing with the Maple Ridge store for the last 4-5 years and have always received good service. Unfortunately, last week I did not, in fact received no service. I came in and stood at the counter for 5 mins without the receptionist who was on the phone, (possibly discussing a computer problem, ) acknowledging my presence. I finally walked out and wont be back to that location. Too bad but that is not good for a business. NOTE: THIS WAS NOT THE MISSION STORE, IT WAS THE MAPLE RIDGE STORE.
