Both Michelle and Alyssa at the Grimsby location did an awesome job in getting me the proper hearing aids...extremely friendly and I would highly recommend this branch for excellent service and very responsive. My father has been relying on the amazing team at Connect Hearing in Grimsby since 2017. I saw that he had every device in his home turned up to 11, and he was having difficulty hearing any conversation, with his hearing aids in. So we made a troubleshooting appointment for the same week. They treated my father with respect and kindness, using his first name throughout the appointment. While the staff was friendly, the pricing was objectively higher than other providers in the area, which was frustrating given the limited options presented.
