Holly was professional, prompt, honest, and compassionate. She listened to my parents concerns, she explained everything in a way that they understood. She explained realistic expectations and provided them with all options without being biased or pushy. She helped my Dad with paperwork he was never previously told about and with that came exactly what they needed. Help. She changed our lives.
My Mom required some assistance with her hearing. We had heard excellent reviews from friends regarding the staff at Connect. Holly and Natasha were incredibly helpful, supportive and accommodating with my Mother and helped each and every step of the way with such compassion and clear communication.
Really good service so cute!
