A most excellent experience, the first time in 20 yrs of hearing aids that were not wearable because they amplified sharp sounds to be annoyingly painful. The Courtenay audiologist took care and attention in adjusting and toning down the 'normal' everyday sounds while making speach understanding. I put them in first thing in the morning, and take them out when I go to bed.
Sorry Connect, I gave on you in Courtenay. Every time I made an appt, I saw a different audiologist. They were not familiar with my history and had to read through the entire file. I got fed up and went with "Ears to You". Never have I had better service or been more satisfied.
I recently had my hearing tested here and was impressed with the friendliness of the staff who greeted me upon entering the building and of the thoroughness and professionalism of the man who performed the various hearing tests on me. I absolutely recommend them and will return again next year.
Connect has a variety of hearing aids and the audiologist I saw (Greg) took his time to thoroughly assess me. He handles my questions easily, is always on time, and is friendly and personable. I feel welcome and cared for and know that my hearing loss has been taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.
