Having spent some awful years with hearing aids from Costco I decided to give Connect Hearing a try. What a difference from Costco. I was fortunate to get Katarina as my audiologist. She is absolutely professional, very knowledgeable and thorough in what she does. Compared to the drama of wearing aids selected by a non technician and made to walk through a Costco, this was next level serious testing. Easy to book an appointment, front desk is very knowledgeable and personable, Katerina is thorough, explains enough details to make decisions, takes the time to show that she truly cares about your hearing and how it can affect cognition. I have already recommended to my extended family! Above & beyond!
