I have been to other Connect Hearing locations in the past but none can compare to the team in Newmarket! Kateryna is attentive and easy to talk to. She explains things very clearly. Faith is amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure that each visit is smooth and pleasant. They have both been so helpful and they are an amazing team!
My Mom received excellent service at this hearing clinic. Faith went above and beyond in assisting her and answered all her questions so patiently. The overall service has been top notch. We would highly recommend Connect Hearing in Newmarket.

Kateryna, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and clearly very experienced (she was an ENT in Ukraine before). She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for her if you're looking for hearing care in the area!
We've been going to Connect Hearing in Newmarket for over 5 years! The staff there are the best! They are very professional in their conduct, knowledge and patience for those of us who aren't 'techy'! We've reached out to them several times as we thought our hearing aids weren't working and the staff there were able to remedy the problem quickly without making us feel foolish! And they're very warm and personable! Thumbs up!
